A strategic enforcement raid targeted border routing networks, leading to a major seizure of Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) totaling Rs. 20,87,000/-. The case was registered U/S 179/180/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Two key operations couriers were taken into custody: (i) Hajrat Belal @ Masud (24 yrs.), S/o Nousad Sk. of Vill.- Mondai Soloman Biswaspara, Malda, and (ii) Toriqul Islam (25 yrs.), S/o Aynul Hoque of Vill.- Mahabatpur, PS- Kaliachak, Dist- Malda.

STF West Bengal intercepted a major illegal technical communication routing gateway designed to bypass international telephone exchanges. A foreign national from Bangladesh was captured operating the setup with fraudulent identity credentials. Technical recoveries yielded 33 active multi-channel SIM Boxes, 330 pre-activated BSNL lines, 95 Vi links, 46 Airtel arrays, and a localized commercial routing data server.

A synchronized highway operation resulted in the intercept of three commercial logistics vehicles carrying bulk contraband cannabis. The tactical breakdown of the haul included 224.020 Kgs from vehicle WB-57E-9264, 133.720 Kgs from vehicle WB-25K-1451, and 319.500 Kgs from vehicle WB-11J-9213, executing a massive combined seizure of 677.24 Kgs of Ganja U/S 20(b)(ii)(C)/25/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Five inter-district cartel links were arrested: (i) Md Sumsul Rahaman (44, Howrah), (ii) Mijanur Rahaman (36, Dakshin Dinajpur), (iii) Tufan Ghosh (27, North 24 Parganas), (iv) Sanjiban Biswas (37, Cooch Behar), and (v) Sisir Mondal (38, Cooch Behar).

Acting on high-grade intelligence vectors, STF intercepted an illicit shipment of bulk explosive powders under the BNS and Explosives Act 1884 codes (U/S 288 / 61(2) / 3(5) BNS r/w sec 9B). The enforcement team seized two major chemical components: White Powder totaling 25.716 Kgs (divided into 12.872 Kg and 12.844 Kg batches) and Red Powder/Rock Type material totaling 25.452 Kgs (divided into 12.638 Kg and 12.814 Kg batches). Three primary couriers from Murshidabad were arrested: Kabir Sk (32), Obaidur Rahman (40), and Bulbuli (55).

An elite strike squad dismantled a fully functioning drug processing plant in Bardhaman. Confiscated material totaled 13 kg of processed heroin, 82 liters of pure acetic anhydride, 1,050 kg of Sodium Carbonate Anhydrous base chemicals, and approximately Rs. 20 Lakhs in hard currency notes. Six inter-state traffickers were arrested.

A localized tactical strike operation conducted under the jurisdiction of Narayanpur Police Station led to the breach of a major illegal firearms transaction point. Elite units recovered 5 pieces of 7mm semi-automatic pistols along with 10 live rounds of 7.65mm ammunition. Three primary distribution handlers were arrested at the site: Sk Azad (39), Samim Ali (40), and Hossain Ali (37), all residents of Paschim Beraberi, Narayanpur, Kolkata.

A highway interdiction operation U/S 20(b)(ii)C of the NDPS Act resulted in the seizure of 152.3 Kgs of commercial-grade Ganja. The specialized consignment was intercepted along transit lines, resulting in the apprehension of two seasoned logistics operators: (i) Binod Roy (48), resident of Entally, Kolkata, and (ii) Reman Singh (49), resident of Nadanghat, Purba Bardhaman.

STF elements tracking cross-border synthetic drug pipelines intercepted a major commercial shipment of 54,000 units of contraband Yaba Tablets (weighing 6.049 Kgs) U/S 22(C)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Three cross-border cartel operatives were taken into custody: (i) Maruf Miah (36, Coochbehar), (ii) Sahajalal Khandakar (35, Coochbehar), and (iii) Ainuddin (30, originating from Kokrajhar, Assam).

STF operations secured the arrest of active hostile operators Pir Mahammad and Guddu Kumar under the Official Secrets Act, 1923. The operatives were intercepted gathering high-resolution imagery of vital defense installations and forwarding sensitive phone books to foreign state handlers.

A joint highway operation conducted alongside the Forest Department led to the interception of a heavy truck transporting 97 blocks of smuggled premium Teak Wood valued at approximately Rs. 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakhs).
